Henry Chamberlain

Henry is internationally experienced industrial psychologist and executive coach. Henry has a track record of successfully transforming individuals, teams and organisations across Asia, Africa, Europe, the U.S. and Australia. His colourful career includes roles ranging from being a combat officer in the South African Defence Force to heading up global Selection for Standard Chartered Bank. His experience has given him the ability to relate to people at all corporate levels and from all business sectors. More importantly, it gives him deep insight into the human dynamics of organisations across the globe. As Fellow and two-time former president of the Hong Kong Psychological Society, Henry’s maturity and credibility makes him perfectly suited for engaging with senior executives and boards.

Henry’s work is characterized by creative thinking and a passion for excellence. He is passionate about helping individuals and organisations to create sustainable change and achieve their full potential. Henry’s work combines a wide range of approaches including psychology, coaching, nutritional science, sport and performance psychology. His psychology training ensures added depth and understanding through the use of cutting-edge individual, team and organisational interventions and assessments.

His work in well-being is based on best practice and research. He aims to help individuals work smarter, not harder and for organisations to employ smart science to achieve the best from their work force. His clients include the WWF Hong Kong, UNHCR, BNP Paribas Asset Management, Calvin Klein, CLP Power, Bank of China, Lane Crawford Joyce Group, Sun Hung Kai Properties, Hanes Group, Wallem Shipping, the American Club of Hong Kong and Avery Dennison.
