From Best Young Sommelier of France in 1989 to 3rd Best Sommelier of the World in 2004 among many other international awards, Herve is a true passionate of wine. He worked at some of the best 2 and 3-Star Michelin restaurants in France, the United States and Hong Kong where he now resides. After 5 years as head sommelier forthe Hong Kong JockeyClub, Herve is currently representing the private clients for a Wine Bank Company, “OMTIS”.
Herve has also designed a handcrafted wine opener in France, the “THIERS Sommelier” that has gained international recognition from his peers and medias for its unique sleek design, durability and functionality.
